| The Large Format Cell (LFC) is a laser ablation cell offered as an option to New Wave Research, Inc. UP-213nm laser ablation product line. The cell is optimized for accepting large samples up to six inches square, without sacrificing analytical performance due to a large cell volume.
LFC has a superior performance in signal intensity with improved washout time. This is due to a flexible "roving" cup within the cell constraining the spread of the aerosol.
