The New Wave Research line of laser ablation and fusing systems was designed with emphasis on superior performance, application flexibility, and operating convenience.
| New Wave ESI are pleased to announce the world's most integrated femtosecond laser ablation system. No other system offers such a high level of hardware and software integration, with all critical controls managed through New Wave's highly regarded software package. Three wavelength options are available, 800nm, 266nm and 200nm, all offering a range of spot sizes with repetition rates variable between 1 and 10 Hz. Damon Green, New Wave's Product Manager said: 'The sole reason that this system was developed was to allow those users with only a rudimentary grasp of laser physics access to the very latest technology. Experienced laser ablation specialists who require minimal fractionation and the very best analytical precision for their isotope ratio measurements have previously been put off buying femtosecond lasers due to their inherent complexities. What we have here is a system with a simple software interface which is remarkably similar to that of our existing family of lasers, all delivered in a one box solution'.
