New Wave Research remains committed to achieving RoHS compliance as quickly as possible. We have diligently reviewed our supply base and have achieved >99% compliance on the components used in our products. Many of the remaining noncompliant parts are promised to be compliant in the near future; a few are not available as RoHS compliant parts. Most of these items are sole source items; we are working with these suppliers to rectify the situation, or to identify and implement alternative solutions. We are using RoHS compliant subcontractors for outsourced assemblies.
We fully support the RoHS initiative and take ownership in protecting the environment from banned substances. We want to assure our customers that New Wave research is making every effort to achieve full compliance as quickly as possible.
